I have found True Love with my Nook Color, and decided to sell off my other gadgets that are gathering dust.

This burgundy Jetbook (classic, not lite) is barely used and in perfect condition. It comes in the original box, with the original slip case, a leather case (modified from a Sony ereader case), and the original wall charger and double-headed USB charger--still in the original packaging.

With upgraded software, the Jetbook can handle B&N DRMed ebooks (I know this because I tried it).

Shipping is included to the continental U.S. only. Paypal only, please.

I have been a lurker of this forum for quite some time but just registered to reply to you.

i have been looking on ebay for a device to replace my Aluratek libre, which met an unfortunate demise (my children bust it).

Would you send it (registered) to Portugal? Just add the extra charge. i'll pay via Paypal.

I know most people from the USA are afraid of parcels getting lost when sending things abroad but I never had a bad experience with registered shipments...

As long as it can be tracked and insured, I will send it (tracking and insurance protect both sender and recipient). Is that what you mean by "registered"? It seems to me, though, that shipping is nearly as much as the device! Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place (I checked the USPS and UPS).

Maggie you can ship the Jetbook first class mail to Portugal, and it should be a lot less than you think, if I am not mistaken. I sent a Jetbook to another country and it was around $15 as I recall.

Also, you can now use paypal to print out your international first class postage. Very convenient!

Booklover is correct, the postage to Portugal should be around 15$-20$, less if sent by regular mail.

And yes, I meant "trackable". You see, the postal service works fairly well in Portugal but over the last few years the regular, trustworthy career-type mailmen have been replaced by low-wage temporary workers. Sometimes, shipments tend to get "lost" in the way. But I never had any problem with trackable shipments because they can pinpoint which person was responsible for the delivery...

Anyway, I am sorry to tell you that I have already bought a replacement through eBay (a Sony 300). I thought you weren't interested in sending it here because you didn't reply

Sorry it took so long. I packaged everything up and took it to UPS, and they quoted $30 to ship it to Toronto. I budgeted $10 for shipping in the $60, so make it $80 total.

Tomorrow I have to go to the post office anyway, so I'll see if the USPS can do any better.

USPS should be able to ship it for maybe half of that, via first class mail (Which goes up to 4 lbs for international mail).
