Calibre Like Mangement for Other Things?

I remember in a thread a while ago, some pacakges that manage pbook collections, will those also manage other files, like movies?

Or is there a package that does so for things like movie files. I am looking to tag the files with multiple tags.

I have CollectorZ.com for Movie, Books, Comics and Music.

It'd depend on your OS of choice. For OS X, I'd suggest Delicious

I use Icollect for my bluray collection, I scan the barcode with my Iphone and it ads it to my collection. It's pretty awesome
