A beginners question

Hi, I just entered this forum and introduced myself on the introduction-page. I am new in the epub-world and this means I have a question which might have proposed many times. Let me start telling what I did. I made a book in microsoft Word and converted it chapter by chapter using Sigil into the epub-format. The e-book looks good but then I validated it online at threepress.org. I got a long list of errors! They are all of this type:

"ERROR: Poletest.epub/OEBPS/Text/Titelpagina.xhtml(7): 'OEBPS/Styles/style.css': referenced resource missing in the package."

On that line 7 is writen: "<link href="../Styles/style.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />"

I hope somebody wants to help a beginner and explain to me what is the problem and how to repair.

Look carefully for uppercase and lowercase letters in the path and filename. If they don't match, your stylesheet will be ignored.

It says that the referenced file is not in the ePUB. It could be an typo (lower- and uppercase) or the file really does not exist.

What does the validation in Sigil say? That one is better than the TreePress anyway.

I solved the problem: in the content.opf "style.css" was still in uppercast ("Style.css). Changing the uppercast solved the problem. However another problem popped up when I validated the epub file online at threepress. I got the following messages:
Error: Pole.epub: resource OEBPS/Styles/style.css is missing
Warning: Pole.epub: item (OEBPS/styles/Style.css) exists in the zip file but is not declared in the OPF file.
As indicated in the warning message there was still an uppercast Style.css in the zip version. In the zip you can't rename so I used a trick. I made a copy of the zip file, unzipped that copy, rename the Style.css and copied that file inti the zip file. It worked!
