What folder does the binary install download the tarball?

greetings,

Can you please tell me where the tar ball downloads to in linux when I use your binary install? It's frustrating when something goes wrong during the live install and I have to start over again. i would like to be able to continue the process once the tarball has been transferred to my system.
In case you want to know what can go wrong, it took me many attempts before I finally deleted the previous working install then the binary install worked. I'm often on an internet plan that does not give me unlimited downloads so each failed binary install costs me more money. Hope I've explained myself well.

One last thing, why can't I ever compile the source version without errors. I'm using opensuse 11.4.

The tar file is downloaded into the /tmp directory, but the name is not what you'd expect. If you will look in the /tmp directory once the download is started you'll find and file that is slowly increasing in size with a name starting with "tmp" following with probably not random characters. You'll have to copy it to another directory once the download has finished.
