Found this site from a search on a problem I'm having at the moment with downloading ebooks from Mills & Boon.

Keep getting "the webpage "acs.libredigital.com" cannot be found".

Have contacted Mills & Boon who have 'refreshed' my link to my Ebook purchase. Have also re downloaded Adobe Digital Editions just in case this was the problem. Am still unable to download my purchase.

Have sent another query to their customer services & am still waiting for their responce.

Has anyone else had this problem & if so how was it resolved.

I have exactly the same problem as you and also had same initial response from mills and boon and I am also awaiting second reply. I have previously been able to download from them. It is good to know I'm not the only one in this situation.

So glad I'm not the only one!!!!

Had a reply form Customer.Relations@hqnuk.co.uk advising that my problem has been passed to their technician to investigate. Should recieve a relpy shortly. Will let you know the outcome when they do.

Had the same reply as you from customer services but have sent e-mail to libre digital as well to see if they can help. Sounds like Mills & Boon are having a bit of a problem. Am going on holiday on Monday for a week so hopefully this will be sorted out by the time I get back.

Had a lovely holiday thanks but still no joy with downloads. I have just gone onto website tonight at 9.45 pm

and everything is now working, can download and browse books so looks like problems are sorted. Hope it all works for you as well.
