Anyone know anything about WeBook?

Anyone ever hear of WeBook and their agent-in-a-box thing? I sounds like it gets you a better foot in the door with an agent, but it says it's free, I can't find the "catch" to just using their find-an-agent service. (I'm not talking about actually posting a book with them, only about using their Agent in a Box, find-an-agent-service). Anyone know anything about this service? I can't figure out why they would offer this service for free, so I'd like to figure out if it's legit. Here's their link:
