Icon Question
Sorry if this is a question which is clearly answered elsewhere, but I haven't seen it and search isn't coming up with anything.
Is it possible to change folder icons in the file browser or internal storage browser of the PE? |

I'm just asking in the scenario that "I have an icon", so how do I change it to the icon for that folder? Whats the procedure?

Look for Folder Organizer app. I haven't tried it but it looks like it has the function you want.
