ebook-convert and mobipocket tags
From CLI, I get good results converting text to epub. From the same text I convert to mobi, but mobi ignores CSS (text-decoration: none), so links are underlined horribly. I read that mobipocket tag <mbp:nu> should prevent underline, but when I tried to use it I found that ebook-convert was dropping the "mbp:" and producing an "<nu>" tag in the mobi html, and the Kindle carried on underlining. Is there a way of using such non-html tags with ebook-convert?

If your links are not underlined, how does the user know that they are links? I'd certainly want (and expect) to see underlined hyperlinks in a Mobi book.
