Sync Instapaper and Kindle3

Hi,

I need some advice with instapaper and kindle3.
I would like to synchronize my instapaper account with the kindle automatically. For this I intend to use my free kindle adress.

I also added the address kindle.1aenh@instapaper.com to the approved email adresses.

Still, it doesn't work although I add more than 5 new articles each day.
I only receive the last 20 articles by pressing the button "Send now".
So my settings should be alright, shouldn't they?

Any idea?

I have the same problem. That auto-sending does not work.

I think there might be a 20 article limit, but you should email the dev about it.

I never got to having 10 in my list... So yeah, email to the dev it is.

It's always worked fine for me, but I only have a couple in my list each day. Try lowering the send requirement.

I have never gotten the daily auto send to work. I always have to go there and press Send Now. And that always works.

It always just sends the latest 20 articles, and that's it. Same goes for when you download the Kindle content onto your laptop and then transfer it.

If anyone has other suggestions, I am all ears.

I really do enjoy Instapaper, it is great product.

Use calibre to autosend instapaper. Its the only way that reliably works for me.

I always had this issue with Instapaper. It delivers correctly when I click "send now", but it never sent automatically.

I asked about this problem to the Instapaper developer, here's his answer:

"There's an issue with automatic Kindle deliveries that we're actively working to fix. In the meantime, the "send now" button is the only way to get a delivery. Our apologies for the inconvenience."

Not receiving scheduled papers, and papers without images has been a problem for a long time. The dev doesn't seem to care at all.

There are a couple of Instapaper recipies available, try the one built-into Calibre!
