I saw that and I don't really have an opinion about it yet. We'll just have to wait and see what it's all about. Joyce |

It would be useful for people to report typos (especially for Konrath...), but I don't really see the point. People who want to be contactable will put their details in the book somewhere, I don't see what benefit you would get from having Amazon keep a copy of your correspondence with readers. It would probably be more use for beta-readers or editors than final retail readers.

I would definitely participate. Every avenue to keep in touch with readers is invaluable. I've found that readers who have reached out to me are thrilled beyond belief when I respond. The fact that it's a 100 word limit helps keep it manageable too. |

Im still up in the air about this. I am reachable already by my web site, and heck if a reader really cared it would not be hard to trace me to this forum via Google. My twitter account is under my real name so thats not hard to find either. So I dunno.

I think it would be kind of cool--it links into the weblit culture that I'm already participating, though, so I guess I'm vaguely more comfortable with the whole concept myself.
