Hi Everyone,

I've had my Kindle for several months now and am thoroughly addicted. I've always been an avid reader, and being able to have my library with me at all times is wonderful!

I'm looking forward to taking part in MobileRead.com.

Hi BessieBee! Be sure to check out the Kindle-specific sub forums as well as the 'Calibre' forum to learn to use that free software to convert any e-books to your needed format. (The developer of that softwere is in that forum and will help with questions you might have.) Remember that at the top of the page there is the 'e-book' area where you can download thousands of good books already formatted by our members for your Kindle.

Also be sure to check out the "Hey!! Let's get some action going! What are we reading?" sub-forum for some great ideas in reading choices. And while you're at it, take a look as some of the wilder, more off-topic sub forums when you just want to sit back and chat a moment!
