Where would I find out how to do this? I can find the right place I just don't know how to fill in the boxes. Thanks

I have found the "Get Information to Setup the User Defined Device" however i do not get any codes to use. I followed the Disconnect and Reconnect instructions.

I can see my device as a disk drive in Windows Explorer.
