Is there an e-reader for me?

I've been wanting an e-reader for a while. At first, I was waiting for color e-ink screen to read comics, but now that isn't important to me. I'm looking for a full fledged literary device.

I'm torn between a Nook Touch and Kindle 3G, or to wait and see what Kindle 4 has to offer.

I like Nook Touch because it's an Android that I can play Words with Friends on. I'm 50/50 on the touch screen. It's nice, but typing and selecting words seems like a slower process. It also just begun updating its software for fixes.

Kindle 3 seems like a more mature product. With 3G and a marginally better browser, I'm leaning very slightly in its favor. I want to be able to look up Wikipedia entries and maybe access my e-mail.

I wish I knew what fixes and features will be updated for Nook Touch. It may have the potential of beating Kindle 3 for me because of the apps it can run and its improved functionality.

A feature I would like to have is creating a vocabulary list. When looking up the definition of a word, I would like to be able to save the word in a list that notes the book and page the word came from. I'm not sure if the Kindle 3 or Nook Touch has something like this. Any help?

I think it would be best, if you listed what exactly you'd like to do with your device and what price range you had in mind. Right now it's kind of difficult to say anything than "yeah, you can play WORDS WITH FRIENDS on the Android-device and yeah, Kindle3 is a mature product...but what exactly do you want to do?"

Since you seem somewhat attracted to a touch screen, I'd wait a bit to see if there is going to be a Kindle 4 this year, and if so, whether it'll have a touch screen.
