What should I do?

I need some help. I use an old version of calibre (0.7.12) and I read things on my reader from series. I have things saved under author name, then title. I recently put PRS+ on my reader (Sony 505). When it suddenly shuts off and starts up again (it's done this twice in 3 days), it stops seeing the collections (series) on my MS stick/SD cards.
Should I stop using PRS+ and go back to PRSCustomizer or should I try to change how things are saved in Calibre to series, title, author, etc?

I have used PRS+ with calibre on my 505 for about 2 years. There should be no conflict, but to be sure this question should be asked in this thread.
