Kindle Detected but No Icon in Main Toolbar

What I know or have tried that is relevant:
1) Windows sees my device (Kindle 3rd Gen). Its current drive letter is F:
2) Calibre "notified" me through the system tray- "Amazon Kindle Detected"
3) In the initial view of the Library, the lower left corner says; "Calibre version 0.8.12 created by Kovid Goyal -- Connected Amazon Kindle"
4) The "On Device" Column is showing with checks by the books that are on my device
5) I can even run a report with Kindle Collections to get the # of books & collections on my Kindle.

BUT... I do not have the "Device Icon" that is supposed to auto appear in the main Calibre toolbar. Thus I can not see the books on my device through Calibre, nor can I choose books to import to Calibre (along with many other things that "all important icon" allows me to do). Can someone please help me? BTW, I have restarted Calibre, the computer, & the Kindle one or more times. *Below is the info from the "debug device detection" I would appreciate any help. My vacation time is almost up & I am desperately trying to finish getting all my books imported into Calibre.

I have been playing with my preferences & toolbars all day. It had definitely crossed my mind that I had done something in all my "adjusting / moving". I had checked all the toolbars for "any" icon that I could have moved by mistake. I had location manager in the menu toolbar (it is still not show up on it), and I thought I had retried it under the main one too. But after reading that the icon should automatically show, I guess I got sidetracked with searching through the help + forum. Thank you so much. I just knew it was something as simple as that. Got to love it when my blond roots show *blushes*. I really do appreciate how quickly you responded.
