Contents Is Locked?
I bought the book The White Queen by Philippa Gregory last week from Kobo and I have been reading it for the last few days with no problem and I tried to open it just then and it came up with something along the lines of *contents is locked*.

Why would this suddenly happen?

Usually that happens when a book is added to the reader that is associated with a different Adobe or Kobo account. Have you added another book to your reader since you last opened this one?

Yeah I have added more books but ones I added to Calibre and then put on to my Kobo.

If the book that is locked has Adobe DRM (vs Kobo DRM) and you did a factory reset at some point, you may have to reauthorize your device with Adobe. If it is a kepub, check to make sure that the correct email address is still listed on your device.

A problem I had with my Kobo Touch: Your kobo account's email address and your Adobe account's email address must match for Adobe DRM content to be accessible.

I only have one email and they are the same for both. I use Linux so it took a bit of fiddling around to get ADE to work on my computer.
