Samsung Apps
I got my Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9" today.
Nice size, very convenient to hold.
But: All Samsung Apps (Reader Hub, Kids Hub, Video Hub & Music Hub) are in French, whatever localization I choose.
Any trick to solve this? I'd like to have them in English, like the rest of the system.
On my old 7" Galaxy Tab, I've downloaded those Hub apps manually, I guess the same can be done here?
I actually won't use these Samsung apps. But I hate such inconsistencies...

...just did the easy thing: Unroot and uninstall all Samsung Hubs. No need anyway...

Don't you love it when a hardware manufacturer decides what apps you will use?

Being able to de-instal facebook, twitter and all that kind of crap is the only reason I'm thinking about rooting my Flyer...

I've sent them (Expansys) an "enthusiastic" response.
I guess it's not even Samsung's fault. I can live with bloatware, although I'd prefer a "naked" Honeycomb.
But having preinstalled apps exclusively in French? I'd like to see something like that in the product description.
Anyway, after having rooted and deinstalled, it's a nice enough experience...
