Book Manager for PE?

I'm currently using Calibre to manage my e-library, but Calibre doesn't yet support borrowing library books- I have to use Adobe Digital Editions for that. I was wondering if there are any other free library management systems floating around that support the PE and maybe can support borrowed books?

Adobe Digital Editions is currently the only way to open up .acsm files(the ones library books come in), this is due to DRM restrictions and is not likely to change for a long time. There are alternatives, but they lie on a moral tight rope lol, I'd rather not explain them myself.

If you want to walk the tightrope, apocalypsegrrl, you could go on a Bond-like mission and seek out (google) Apprentice Alf and his mysterious ways. With his help you can marry ADE and Calibre, and "keep" your library books.

I'm not sure how/if this hurts libraries: I hope it really doesn't. It's definitely an ethical grey area . . . . See elsewhere in MobileRead for discussions on this subject.
