I've been tinkering around with Calibre for about a year but just discovered the introductory video while trying to introduce it to a friend. It's absolutely phenomenal. Both my friend and my wife immediately started using Calibre after viewing the video and I learned a bunch of stuff I had been unaware of.

I think I would settle for paradise being a system that didn't freeze or need to be rebooted for more than a year. It seems that frustration can really lower your expectations.
