Moving?

Hi there,
as I am a brand new Iliadist I do need a clue how to move documents. If eg. I have a PDF file on a USB stick and want to move or copy it to the main memory of the ILiad (without any PC in reach) in order to be able to remove the stick - how can this be done?

I don't have my iLiad with me at the moment, but from memory I don't believe there's a way to move a file from an external memory device into main memory, or vice versa. The only way to do it is to copy from the USB memory stick to a PC, and then from the PC to the iLiad.

You could do it if you install a command shell, of course.

CF card: /media/cf/ (Firmware 2.11)
SD/MMC card: /media/card (Firmware 2.11)
USB-stick: /mnt/usb
