markdown-calibre
Is "markdown-calibre" meant to be used from the CLI? If so, what does it do, and how is it to be used (in pipeline?), and what's the story on SAFE_MODE and EXTENSION? I've tried it, and it seems to do much the same as "markdown" itself; is it preferred or deprecated from the CLI? If it *is* to be used from the CLI, please give examples of usage. Thanks.

markdown-calibre should work just like markdown, though calibre's version of markdown contains support for special ebook related markup.
