Free audiobook - The Wind in the Willows [Children's Classic]
As part of a special promotion to accompany their 50% off downloadable audiobook sale, AudioGO (some sort of division of the BBC) is offering a free copy in mp3 format of their abridged version of Kenneth Grahame's children's classic The Wind in the Willows, read by Sir Derek Jacobi, a very respected British actor.

This offer started awhile ago, but I only remembered to post about it recently, so you've got until the end June 30th, UK time, to sign up for a free account at AudioGo and get and download the book (about 39 megs zipped).

Details are on their special promo page here, and if you'd like to read along, we've some very nice editions of The Wind in the Willows in our very own Patricia Clark Memorial e-Book Library.

Mobi, LRF, and IMP with illustrations. Plain text LRF and PDF optimized for Sony display without if you prefer reading just the author's original words.
