Not in production, at least, although eInk (the company) did say that they were going to start commercial product last autumn, so I'm not sure why that is. Perhaps there were unanticipated production problems which have delayed it.

I'm glad they're working on it. Ruggedizing the ereader is an important evolutionary step.
