Where to buy PSR-505 in New York.Airplane declarations and warraty

Hello, I want to buy Sony Reader PRS-505. I live in Spain but a friend of mine will stay in New York, can you tell me some addresses where he could buy it?, or better where I can buy and he only had to go and take it

Also I do not know if he will have problemas qhen he resturns to Spain because of teh bought, do you know if there is anything to do before the flight when you buy this item in USA?

Also if is there any proble, in Sapin, what I have to do with teh warranty, do I have to call Sony and send teh item to the USA....
