Newbie - researching Rocketbook

Hi, I'm looking for ways to convert RB format files into ePub or something else compatible with other readers. My sister has the REB-1100, in fact she has several. She has read most of the books on the devices but can't put on new content. I am interested in reading the stories she has and have found them on the web but they are in RB format. I'm using a Kobo that I got for half price when the local Border's store shut down. The Kobo uses ePub or PDF. I have been using Calibre and really like it. It is unable to convert these RB files. I get an error - Unknown.rb. Does not contain a valid RocketBook Header.

So, this is my current research project. If anyone has any ideas of where to look for information I would be happy to hear from you.
