				Problem With Subscribed Content
			 
			
			Hi everyone. Is anyone else having trouble getting their subscribed content like magazines and newspapers? I have two things and i'm not able to get them. They are listed in my account as being active but i have never been able to actually get them and read them.

			Did you do a sync--turning Airplane mode off?

			Also books sync just fine...it's just subscribed magazines and newspapers

			I even submitted a support ticket for this DAYS ago and it still says it's waiting to be assigned to someone...Nice...

			daewon, Go onto the www.getsatisfaction.com/kobo support board. Explain your issue and provide the support ticket number there. The Kobo staff assigned to the board (which is an official Kobo support channel) are often very, very helpful and can more things along.

			I am having the same problem.  Able to subscribe to NYTimes and ChristianSciMonitor.  BOth show up on desktop.  But not on Touch.  No problems with downloading books.

			Yes.  I did mean to say that they are present within the New/Mags section of the Desktop. But they are not present on the device in any form.  Since I just purchased the device from Borders, I am going to exchange it and see if the new unit works better.
