Hi everybody,

I am so happy to have my kindle3 as my ebook reader, a gift from my daughter. Trying hard to handle the chinese title conversion when importing ebook to the reader, I think I can handle this. Hi again to everybody, have a nice day.

Hello zaunix! I too am in HK these days! Nice to see a fellow Kindle3 owner in these parts. Wish I could help you with the Chinese title conversion [I actually should figure that out for my parents possibly], but I am an ABC from NYC so I cannot read Chinese

Whereabouts in HK are you? There are at least 2 other HK people I am aware of here on MR.

It is solved. Start from the beginning, I try to handle all things from Calibre. But Calibre will convert the chinese document name (chinese title) to some pronounced english during upload. Now, I simply copy the ebooks with chinese document name to kindle through USB directly and then everything goes perfect.

Now the problem is - collection name in chinese. More time is needed.
