Can you run CM7 all time?

Can you run CM7 all the time on the NC? Will it hurt the system or become unstable?

Been running it since CM7 came out. No complaints whatsoever.

I replaced the B&N system with CyanogenMod 7, so yes it is OK to run it continuously. It is very stable if you avoid using the "nightlies", and even some of them are OK.

Yes I you can, I run cm7 exclusively for on my eMMC. I've yet to experience any stability issues.

I do get random reboots, but I've experienced that from the day I got my device, and I think I have faulty hardware. The reboots are sporadic so they are not a nuisance yet.
