Deleting SD card books

I've tried to delete some the books I have on my Micro SD card while it's plugged into the Kobo and it seems to work fine..... Until I restart it, then the books are back in the lists. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if you're not supposed to be able to delete books from the SD card.

Yeah, it's definitely a bug for the Kobo to be unable to delete stuff on the microSD card. Things delete fine if removed by Calibre or manually via the file system.

Ya I know, but it's a bit of a pain. I've also had it reset a few times randomly and then I have to take it to a computer to sync all over again with the Desktop app. Which sucks when you're traveling.

My take is that the handling is different on the removable storage, and simply removing the book from the database is not sufficient since the FW probably scans the SDcard on specific event (because it is removable) and will insert in the database anything on storage that's not there.
