Can't see books on SVP EB701 ereader
My SVP EB701 has a black, horizontal line 3/4 of the page down and a light blue back ground. When I connect reader to pc and turn it on, the pc recognizes it and I can see the books in explorer. However, when I disconnect it from PC, I can't read books on ereader.
I'm not sure if this problem started when I downloaded Digital Editions 1.72 for my PC (so that I could borrow a book from a library) or not. I uninstalled the software, physically reset my ereader (took battery out as well) and I get the same result. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks
