Android App that translates freehand writing to text?

I just received my Pocket Edge and am new to Android. Are there any apps that can translate freehand writing to text? I like using the journal to write progress notes for my patients but would like a neater finished product. Thanks in advance.

As close as it gets for me, works on Ermine but only on the LCD side
