can't access webinar

hi, i clicked on the free video workshops & i get "IE cannot display this page", so i clicked diagnose connection problem & i received the following message "windows could not access "mfile.akamai.com". windows received an http message 403 (forbidden), if this problem consistently prevents windows from connecting to several different sites on the internet contact your network administrator or isp. i never have problems connecting to websites. how can i view these. tia for any help. i also signed up for the webinar class so does this mean i'm going to have the same problem?

I tried the "eBooks" one (https://www2.gotomeeting.com/register/661971139) from the page that lists the various workshops (http://www.entourageedge.com/edge-live) and it worked fine.

Can you try both these links and confirm they work for you?

borisb.i clicked your first link & it wants you to sign up, which i already did. so i then clicked your second link & a page comes up & says" to watch the recorded webinar, please click view recorded webinar now", i clicked that link "view recorded webinar & i got the same can't display webpage like the first time, what do you think? i don't know why i can't view it.

Are you using a PC? Have you clicked the "GoToMeeting codec" link to install the necessary software to view the webinar?

yes i'm using windows vista & i also have a mic hooked up & no i didn't install any sofware, i didn't see any to install. i got an e-mail for wednesdays class & i clicked on join now & it said come back next week. i thought that would give me access to the past classes but it didn't. anyway how & where do i install the software. thank you so much for taking the time to help me btw,

borisb, i clicked the codec link & i clicked run, run again, & uac came up & i gave it permission & then it said the software was installed, so i went back to the page with the webinar links & clicked on class 101 & i get connecting & the round blue circle in the tab just keeps on turning, also before that after installing the software i got that can't display page & i clicked it again & that's when i got the connecting circle, infact it still says connecting for about four minutes

i just checked my program & features & i see that "gotomeeting 4.5.0.457 was installed just to let you know

If it still isn't working, I recommend you contact enTourage on Monday to get this sorted out before Wednesday's webinar.
