my plug is not charging

For some reason when I plugged in the pocketedge, it won't recharge. I still can't use my main computer so any help is welcomed.

Has it ever charged? If so check the simple things, for instance I plugged my edge in to charge once and had the cord in the headphone socket. Needless to say it won't charge that way. Also check the power strip/outlet, is it supplying current?

Nope, it has been recharging since this morning. I took it with me to work then came home to plug it back in and nothing is happening. I only have 40% left before I have no escape from the holidays.

The power plug is the one closest to the hinge. Is that the one you're plugged into? If it is, then you'll need to contact www.entourageedge.com/support to see if the battery or AC adapter has a fault.
