Help registering the edge

hello
first of all Merry Christmas to everybody...

now to my question...

unfortunatly when i buy a new gadget i play around a lot with it and usally i end up messing it up really badly so the easyest thing for me is to reset to default.

i have this many times now with the edge and did it today again after upgrading to dingo 1.1.

i am now stuck because it sais that i have reached the limit of registering to adobe with the same email address. if i change mail address the edge sais that the device is already registered with another name...
i don't really want to register again what i really need is to be able to tell the device that i'm already registered and to use the credential i already have. how can i do that?.

regards

There is a way to release the edge for reregistration (for instance you were to sell or give it away); however that will mean your Adobe DRM books(if you own any purchased from other sites) will not open on the edge; as they will be tied to your previous user name.

Adobe tech support can reset your activations, but you will need to open a web support case with Adobe.
