Request enTourage should embed some automatic bug report function

Some of my pdf files (not a big file, but just with some figures or tables) are ridiculously slow. I want to report them to enTourage to find improvements. But it is too painful to export these files from library and email them to enTourage. A more convenient report channel should be very helpful.

Also, the keyboard of my eDGe failed after upgrading. I have call customer service to seek solution. But if they can remotely access my eDGe to look at what happens, it will be very helpful.

Privacy concern is important, but most eDGe users are students without a lot of classified informations.
