E-mailed PDF - partially showing up in Edge E-Reader

Hello,

I had my associate e-mail a PDF document - word doc processed by Blu Beam Revu - into PDF - e-mailed to me. I opened it up - did not give me the option to open in Docs to Go - just 'reader' side - the form showed up - but no text. I had my associate resend this time she 'flattened' the text to make it a more solid PDF - no layers - my presumption. Still no luck. Anyway I can open this in Docs To Go PDF viewer or does anyone know the issue. Truly sorry - new member - trying to download a years knowledge. Thanks.

To open an emailed PDF in PDF-To-Go, click the "Show In Folder" button instead of "Open". Find the file and tap-and-hold and the wheel menu will have an "Open in Tablet" option.

Have your associate re-create the PDF with the "PDF/A" compatibility option enabled (it may be hiding somewhere under the options).
