KNO - Two spacious panels. Touch-screen interaction.
What do think, both sides in color?
http://www.kno.com Nice to have eink on the EE! Better for my eyes, most precious especially for reading. |

Seems people rediscover this one every few weeks
![]() Primary cons: - heavy - huge - expensive ($1000?) - backlit LCD. The last point is the most poignant. Find an unprotected PDF and open it on your eDGe on the eInk side and on the LCD side (using PDF-to-Go). You'll find your eyes bleeding after a few minutes on the LCD ![]() |

Better yet, the eDGE actually exists and is on the market. I was unable to determine the current status of the Kno. Can it actually be bought yet? As for reading on LCD screens, I would just point out that there is considerable individual variation in the annoyance level. I have read many pages on the iPad with little or no trouble. Of course, the iPad's scree technology is somewhat different from a regular LCD.
