Maybe forward this (plus the link) to Tech Support (techsupport@entourageedge.com) so they can try out the clip and debug it. Nothing like a reproducible scenario to help them out

I don't understand, are the YouTube videos supposed to be viewed in the browser? I manage to open videos only from the Tube application.

I have this problem no matter what video I watch in YouTube (m.youtube.com) using the native browser. Was disappointed to not be able to watch Federer's second between-the-legs winner on my eDGe.
PonMan says we should contact tech support about it. |

I've just tried to open a video in the default browser, it launched the Tube application, and everything works, but I cannot seem to open the YouTube videos I find on the other sites.

That may be a key distinction. Perhaps enTourage means the YouTube *site*, not YouTube videos embedded in other sites...

yup, gottah same problem, even without youtube. just every common website without any difficult stuff on it. whatever i try to do, the standard browser flips out constantly. i start the browser, choose the website, start reading and .... hoppah, gone. then i start the browser again and the same happens.
what is very, very strange is the fact that yesterday, after the download, it worked ok. now suddenly it crashes constantly. one time quicker then the other, but still. i didn't do anything different and i didn't download any app. |

Franky, maybe you changed the mobile setting in the native browser? Also, you must use the mobile site, www.m.youtube.com. To put the browser in mobile mode, press the "Menu" button; then select "More" > "Settings." Scroll to the bottom of this list and uncheck the box beside "Browser Mode" to switch to mobile mode. You may need to reload the page after changing this setting.
