Relaying denied -- No such recipient (sending emails)

I'm using the default k9 email program on my edge. A friend sent me an email. Her email address is from Yahoo. I added her to my contacts directly from the incoming email. The email address is correct. But when I try to reply to her message or send a fresh one, it sits in my outbox forever, and the k9 errors folder repeats "550 relaying denied" and "550 no such recipient" messages several times for each email I try to send.

My emails to myself and coworkers send just fine.

Help?
