Calibre Tags and Edge

I was wondering if anyone had run across a similar problem. I recently purchased an Edge to go along with my PRS-600. I have set up most of my books with tags in Calibre. The tags show up fine in the collections area on my PRS-600. When I import the books into the Library on the Edge the tags do not show up, and the books don't display in series order. Is this normal or am I possibly doing something wrong? Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your help. Yes I'll just set up my own tags on the Edge for now as a work around. I'm also very excited about the SDK. Looking forward to messing around with it. Thanks again.

I asked the following of calibre's developer Kovid Goyal;

"calibre transfers ebooks to the eDGe just fine placing them in the main memory. They are sorted by author Lname, Fname. They can be read fine from the main memory, but to annotate them requires they be added to the eDGe library. When adding to the 'eDGe library' the tags used in calibre are ignored. What do I need to ask the enTourage eDGe people in order to find out how to use calibre tags?"

His response, "tags are stored in epub files as <dc:subject> in the OPF (this is standard EPUB metadata). "

Can the 'eDGe library' be set to read the data from the OPF?

I use Calibre on the desktop and got so frustrated that the eDGe library tags didn't get updated I wrote my own library.
