Request zoom in Journal

I think it would be useful to have a zoom function in the journal. Of course this would mean that the annotations should be able to scale with the zoom...

I have asked to fix this problem for a long time (annotation not sale with zoom), but it seems to remained as the only bug that still not yet fixed. =(
