Video Sites for the eDGe

So far I have tried the following and none work:
- NBC video starts but you just get crazy results
- CBS
- Vimeo
- CNN

Youtube works with download of the individual files as we know.

Are there any site which are non flash that might work? I was looking at the list that Apple provided to see if anything came up. Yeah this will kill your battery but when plugged in it might be fun.

Seriously doubt Silverlight will ever be supported. The Linux community has been battling this CODEC ever since it came out. Since its a Microsoft CODEC, I don't ever see it making it to open source OSes like Android. And if it ever is, it will be bundled with an application that you'd have to pay for.

enTourage is a commercial sector and can purchase the license of the CODEC from microsoft "if they wish" to spend that money.

Looks like Netflix is trying hard to give us streaming video:

I would like to see the eDGe rin both Flash and HTML5...that way we could run some iPad or Apple streams.

More HTML5 features were added in the newer versions of Android. Fingers are crossed for a version bump in the next (big) update!
