Books in limbo

Earlier today I purchased 4 books and while downloading them, my wi-fi crashed. We seem to have the wi-fi issue straightend out now, but my books are gone. I verified that the money came out of the account, I have an email saying that I can download them, but when I try a window opens saying that I have not purchased any digital content.

Any ideas? The free books that I downloaded worked just fine.

By default when you go into the Purchased Content on your eDGe through your library, the list is set to display books that are not yet downloaded. It is possible that because your downloaded started and then your WiFi crashed that the system thinks they were already downloaded.

If you could try the following:

Go to the Purchased Content section through your library. Once there on the left hand side, towards the top of the screen, it should say "Not Downloaded". Below that you will see an icon that looks like a hard drive with a down arrow on it, select this icon. From the list that comes up, select "All Purchased Content". Hopefully your books will appear there and you will be able to download them.

Thank you. I figured it out this morning. I was also having wi fi issues and by the time it came to download the books I was just confused! But thank you very much for your information.
Jen.

Ok...I was having the same problem but, although I bought the book, it is not showing in my purchased or not downloaded sections...it seems to have disappeared!

This is what it says...I bought it and I should be able to download it! If not, I would love to have my money back...other books I would buy instead.
