Android Is there a good sliding/swyping keyboard?

On my Moto Droid I have Swype and LOVE it. Has anyone been able to get a similar sliding/swyping keyboard to work on their eDGe?

SlideIt works, I am using the lite (trial) and waiting for a spot on the Swype beta to open before I choose and buy one.

Do you know a link to get it? I had tried the one from androidfreeware.org before asking but it didn't work.

You can back up from your Droid with Astro and get it off your SD.

The trial works great, but I would like to try Swype before I choose and buy one.

I installed Swype and even though it is selected I still get only my standard eDGe keyboard (although that's much better since the upgrade)
cheyennedonna, did you have to take any additional steps other than installing and selecting the Slideit? Neither worked for me.

Enable it in settings first and then go to an app that you can type into. Long press and choose input then choose the keyboard you want to use.
Do you have Swpe? or Slideit?

D'oh... I should have gotten that!

I have Swype from my MotoDroid, but apparently the eDGe doesn't like the screen size with my Swype version. More work to get this right.

Oh, and I had downloaded SlideIt too, maybe I will try that one now.
