VPN Client and Windows 2003 Server

Hi, Has anyone tried to use the VPN client on an edge device and connect to a windows 2003 PPTP server? I tried to connect to our corporate VPN server but it didn't work. I have done this with many other devices and it always works. I hope I am not missing anything. Any comments is apreciated. FGH |

hmm... has it worked on any other ANDROID devices? I would be surpised if VPN or citrix would work since I believe they need some client-side software or at least browser plugins to work.

devseev, You are absolutely right about the client side application, however keep that in mind this is a two step process. First, use the VPN client to connect to the work place LAN. Second use a thin client, e.g. citrix client, to connect to the citrix server on the LAN in order to access LAN side applications. Well, I am stock in step one, let alone step 2 is another challenge on its own. But lets solve the issues one at a time :-). FGH |
