How to add builtin recipes?

Hi,

I'm new with calibre, but news function is really good. I've some custom simple recipes using rss news in my language. But none of them are builtin. So, What are the steps to add new builtin recipes?

If you want to share your recipes with others, just post them to this forum. If they're suitable they will become builtin.
