That's woot.com for those who don't know. It seems like a pretty good deal. I don't know how good Sprint's 3G is though.

Costco has a better deal. It's brand new with full manufacturer's warranty and Costco's 90-day return policy. No contract required. You need to sign up for a data plan from Verizon for at least 30 days, then you can cancel it.

I called and they said no contract; period. All you had to do was choose a data plan, pay for the first month, then cancel it.
