Hi. I just found out about calibre and wanted to have it available to use in the event Barnes and Noble doesn't last, or I opt to change to a Kindle instead of getting a Color Nook later.

Right now, I have a pandigital reader that my husband got me for my birthday (they use B&N as the store account you have to buy from).

I also recently got a new computer and am having issues getting both my computer and calibre to "see" my ereader once I've hooked it up with a USB cable to the computer.

I'm just starting my search of appropriate threads here to hopefully find some answers....unless someone wants to steer me right to it?
