Best System Monitor / General Utility App?

As you can see to the left there, I'm running Gingerbread on a Nook Color, my first foray into the world of Android. Right now I'm using an Elixir widget on my homescreen for system info, wifi and bt on/off, shortcut to app manager, and to open Elixir's own detailed sys info screen (tasks/processes, running apps, etc).

I'm pretty happy with it, but I see Android Assistant in the market, and it has some features Elixir lacks, but a lot of them seem to address pre-Froyo or service-provider bloatware issues, and the only one that really looks useful that Elixir doesn't have is batch uninstall. Does anyone have experience with these or other general Android utilities that they can share?
