nook color/sd card ?

Ran across someone selling this on ebay wondering if its any good ?
Nook Color Android Honeycomb 3.0 8GB Class 10 SD Rooted.... they selling just the card with software.. good buy?

I think not. Honeycomb is still a work in progress. Try cm7---works great. I was trying to run it from a class 10, 8gb Patriot card, and was having many crashes. Purchased a SanDisk 4gb class 4 card. Have been using it all day with no problems. Purchased card at Best Buy for $13. Seems to be the solution. Do your own card---REALLY simple.

Thanks for the info.. Just lil nervous about doin it but just ordered the NC will try n pick up tomorrow. Will try n do myself. Seen transcend sd cards on eBay? Any one uses those?

I used this procedure. Very easy! Takes longer to download the files than the creation of the card. Good luck--don't worry. My God---$80 for a pre-formatted card--just spend $13. Maybe I should start selling them for $79???

Gotta pick up nook color at Bestbuy when I get a chance got a 4gb sandisk grade 4 card coming n then I'll attempt to put cm7 on there
